What you never pay

Most of what makes client software expensive is not on the price card. Here is what is not on ours, because it does not exist.

• A platform fee. Scopivo takes 0% of client payments, on Free and on Pro.
• A charge for using your own Stripe account. It is the only way payments work here.
• A holding period set by us. We never hold your money, so there is nothing for us to release. Payout timing is between you and your own Stripe account.
• Per-client or per-invoice charges on Pro. Clients, projects, invoices and templates are unlimited.
• An exit fee. You can export your data and delete your account yourself.

What you do pay: Stripe's normal processing fees, charged by Stripe on each payment, and $19 a month or $190 a year if you choose Pro.

Pricing questions

Does Scopivo charge a platform fee on client payments?

No. Scopivo takes 0% of what your clients pay you, on both plans. Stripe charges its normal processing fees for each payment, and those are set and collected by Stripe, not by us. You can see them in your own Stripe dashboard. Scopivo makes money from the Pro subscription and nothing else.

What happens to the money when a client pays an invoice?

It goes to you. You connect your own Stripe account once. When a client pays, the charge is created directly on your Stripe account, so the money moves from your client to you without stopping at Scopivo. We never hold your funds. When the money reaches your bank is decided by your payout schedule with Stripe, not by us.

What are the limits on the Free plan?

Free covers one active client, one active project, three invoices a month, three leads in the early pipeline stages, one proposal template and one contract template. Archived clients and projects do not count toward the limits. E-signatures, the client portal and Stripe payments are included. The Free plan has no time limit: it stays free, with those limits, until you choose to upgrade. Pro removes the caps and adds time tracking, payment plans, recurring invoices and automations.

How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?

Open Settings, then Billing, then Manage Subscription. Cancellation happens in the Stripe billing portal, with no email to send and no call to book. After a Pro subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan. You can download a full export of your account data whenever you like, on either plan, and you can delete your account yourself from Settings.

How does annual billing work?

Pro is $19 a month, or $190 a year if you pay annually. That is the price of ten months for twelve, a saving of about 17 percent. Both options include exactly the same features. You choose monthly or annual when you upgrade, and you manage or cancel either one from Settings, under Billing.

Do my clients need a Scopivo account?

No. Clients never create an account or a password. Each proposal, contract, invoice or deliverable opens from a private, unguessable link that shows your logo and brand color. To sign a contract, the client confirms their email with a one-time 6-digit code. To pay, they use Stripe's checkout page. You can rotate, revoke or expire any link.
