About Scopivo

Why it exists

A freelance project usually lives in five places: a proposal tool, an e-signature tool, an email thread full of attachments, a timer, and an invoicing app. Every handoff is a chance to approve the wrong version or send the invoice late. Scopivo keeps the whole loop on one client record, from the first call to the paid invoice.

Who it is for

Solo freelancers who sell digital services and deliver files for client review: web developers, designers, copywriters, consultants. If your week is proposal, contract, draft, “one more change”, invoice, it was built around your week. There is a page for designers, developers and consultants.

Who it is not for

Better you hear it here than after signing up. There is no mobile app, no AI, no QuickBooks or Xero sync, no Zapier or API, and no importer for data from other tools. Invoices do not calculate sales tax or VAT. Automations are a short list of on/off rules, not a workflow builder. If you need those today, pick another tool. The comparison pages say which.

The money principle

Your money never passes through us. You connect your own Stripe account, clients pay you there, and Scopivo takes a 0% platform fee. Stripe charges its normal processing fees, and payout timing is between you and Stripe. We cannot hold your funds because we never have them. Scopivo earns money one way: the subscription.
