For designers

Client management, that respects your brand.

A clean, branded portal where your client reviews the proposal, signs the contract, makes the deposit, and downloads the final files. Your brand only, never Scopivo's. Built for solo designers and small studios who want to run the business side without spending weekends learning a workflow tool.

Free for your first year. No credit card. Your own Stripe, your own branding.

What designers care about that most CRMs miss

Designers spend years building a visual brand identity. The tools they use for client work should not undermine that. Most client-management software brands every page, every email, every PDF with its own logo by default, Scopivo never does.

Designers also bill in patterns the generic tools handle poorly: tiered packages on the proposal, deposit-plus-milestones on the invoice, hourly time tracked against revisions past a defined scope. Scopivo handles all three without an add-on charge.

A design project in Scopivo

Inquiry to final files, all on the same branded portal.

  1. 1

    Inquiry → proposal

Draft from a template, add a package picker if you offer tiered scopes (logo only / brand identity / full visual system). The client reviews on a portal that carries only your brand, no Scopivo logo, no marketplace ads.

  2. 2

    Contract + signature

Proposal acceptance triggers a contract draft via workflow automation (Pro). Send for e-signature; the client signs in their browser, you sign yours, both sides receive a PDF with the audit trail.

  3. 3

    Deposit + payment plan

Split the engagement into milestone payments (Pro): deposit on contract sign, milestone 1 on first proof, balance on final files. Each installment has its own payment link.

  4. 4

    Revisions + delivery

Track billable time if you bill hourly on revisions (Pro). Use the deliverables feature to send final files through the same portal, no Dropbox-link-in-an-email moment.

  5. 5

    Final invoice + thank you

Generate the closing invoice from time entries or the milestone schedule. Invoice paid triggers an automated thank-you and closes the project. Workflow automations (Pro) keep the moving pieces in sync without manual follow-up.

FAQ

Is Scopivo built for the design industry specifically?
No, and that's the point. The big design-industry-aimed tools (HoneyBook, Bonsai, 17hats) carry a lot of features for the parts of the creative-services world that don't apply to you, wedding contracts, photography session intake, event coordinator workflows. Scopivo is built for solo freelancers across many disciplines, including freelance designers, with the workflow features designers actually use (package pickers, deposit + milestone payments, hourly time tracking on revisions) and none of the photography-and-wedding clutter.
Can my clients see the proposal and contract in a branded portal?
Yes. Every proposal, contract, and invoice is shareable as a portal link under your subdomain. The portal carries your logo and brand color, never Scopivo's. Your client bookmarks one link and has the whole project record.
How do deposit + milestone payments work?
Use payment plans (Pro feature). When you create the invoice, define the installment schedule. For example: 50% deposit on contract sign, 50% balance on final delivery. Each installment generates its own payment link, and Scopivo tracks which ones have cleared. Useful for any design engagement where you want money in the door before you start.
Do you support hourly billing on revisions?
Yes. Track time against the project (Pro feature) using the in-app timer or manual entries. Set the rate at the project or client level. When you generate the revision invoice, Scopivo pulls billable entries from the time period; you review and send. Useful for designers who bundle a fixed-fee project with hourly revisions past a certain number of rounds.
Can I deliver final files through Scopivo?
Yes, via the deliverables feature. Upload PDFs, PNGs, JPEGs, or other files to a deliverable record; the client gets a link in the same portal. Tracks who's downloaded what and when. The portal stays your branded surface from kickoff through delivery.
What about my portfolio?
Scopivo handles client management, not portfolio publishing. Keep your portfolio on Cargo, Squarespace, Webflow, or whatever you currently use. Link to it from your proposal templates if you want; Scopivo doesn't compete with portfolio tools.
Will my clients see any Scopivo branding?
Not on documents or the portal, those carry only your brand. Outbound emails do have a small "sent by [your studio] via Scopivo" line in the footer for deliverability (every transactional-email platform does this), but the documents themselves are 100% yours.
Can my studio partner share my account?
Not today. Scopivo is single-user per account; multi-user is on our roadmap but not shipped yet. If you currently work solo, Scopivo fits. If you have a studio partner who needs their own login on shared client records, wait for our multi-user release.
